Where an increase in supply or a decrease in demand makes no discernible difference to those in challenging circumstances, or for those less fortunate, addressing low-income energy issues through the private sector does.
ESS, LLC has vast experience in all facets of low-income energy issues. Because this population suffers the consequences of simply not having sufficient resources to pay for basic needs, a helping hand is beneficial. Low-income energy issues are addressed every time new supplies are found, or when new energy efficiency efforts are instated. But, there will always be some segment of the population where these answers will not cover their full needs. When low-income energy issues are understood and addressed, the unfair decisions facing some families will never have to be made. Choices like whether to spend money for groceries or heat can be limited or avoided.
